I work with older adults teaching Chair Based Exercises & I teach Seasonal yoga, Trigger Point Pilates & Fitness Pilates.
Yoga & Pilates have been crucial in my own mental health & physical wellbeing & I continue on my journey of personal development & healing.
I love sharing what I have learned with others as I understand the benefits they provide first hand.
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband, family , friends & my ginger tom cats. I enjoy going for dinner & cocktails, music , dancing &, keeping fit. I also enjoy going for walks in the countryside & chilling out in a spa or by a beach in the sun.
