Erin Schoen Marsh is a yoga teacher, freelance writer, English teacher, and new mother. Erin tailors her classes according to the needs of her participants to ensure a safe and relaxing, yet challenging, yoga class. Erin practices vinyasa-style yoga not only for the strength, stamina, balance, realignment, and flexibility it provides, but also for the physical and mental relaxation one achieves by the end of practice. Erin became a yoga teacher because yoga has helped heal her body from chronic hip issues and relaxed her mind from the chaos of over-thinking, and she hopes to share the numerous benefits of yoga with others.
