I have been teaching yoga for three years and practicing for over ten years. Being a mum of a toddler yoga helps me stay calm, centred and present. I have a passion for pre natal yoga and also run active birthing workshops. I teach mums and bubs yoga to help mums gain strength, alignment and restore after birth.
I teach at Breeze Yoga Studio in golden bay as well as Align Body Mind Soul Yoga Studio in Greenfields.
