It doesn't stop there because yoga isn't merely a set of poses-- it's a conscious state of existing in this life. And it never stops. Meditate your mind, give back to your community, help those in need, study, work with purpose and dedication, offer your dedication to something beyond your understanding, find beauty in all that you meet, uphold truth and compassion always.
