With a background in Teaching and Movement Studies, Erin’s approach to yoga brings together a strong knowledge of the body mixed with curiosity and playfulness. Her yoga practice began in a mother-daughter Mother’s Day class back in 2005, but really started to develop and take off in 2011 where she practiced regularly with Brea Johnson and Henry Ferguson. Her quickly expanding interest in yoga and passion for knowledge led her to the Mandorla Yoga Institute where she completed her 200-hour Teacher Training with founder, Stefanie Hoyt.
With a passion for the human body and competitive sports, Erin brings mindfulness to her practice that encourages letting go and breathing from a place of gratitude. Combining asana, meditation and pranayama, Erin wishes to instill a sense of calmness and peacefulness in her students that will emanate both on the mat and into the practice of life.
