My aim is to create a safe and nurturing environment, that allow my students to develop their own understanding of yoga, physical strength and limitations with joy, ease and hard work.
I am trained in Hatha yoga, Pilates and Qi Gong, and have developed my own teaching style blending components from all three over the last 13 years.
My focus is on injury prevention, regaining body alignment, core strength and developing a subtle spine. I believe that, whilst yoga does make our bodies stronger and more flexible, yoga's greatest gifts lie in the ability for us to heal on the inside and open our hearts.
My classes are suitable to all levels.
