Yoga brought me lots oh healing beginning with relief of Scoliosis and continuing with the awareness and relationship with my body and my emotions and mental attitudes. Yoga has been a great tool for healing and strethening my body. I love the creative aspect of yoga as well as the therapeutic and scientific research of this healing art! Meditation and surrendering have been the tools that helped me walk up the ladder for a higher sense of purpose and connection to the infinite Source. I love traveling, laughing and been outdoors!
