Great Teacher with a awakened spirit

While visting Mallorca I had the pleasure of attending Estela's class. She seems to have an incredible innate intuition of how to guide the class organically, based on the needs of the students. My experience with her class is that it goes beyond what I have known yoga to be. Yes, we are practicing physical yoga and it is exercise, but there is a special synergy of energy and healing created in her class that is alchemical ! It is high frequency fusion yogic healing at its best ! Thank you Estela ! You have a very special Light X

Estela is an experienced yoga teacher who knows how to share her wide knowledge with her students. Apart from Spanish she speaks English and German. Students appreciate that she is incredibly open-minded and happy to pass on and share all the different techniques she has tried and tested so far. Her teaching style is dynamic and caring, as well as sunny and serious.

I am very happy that she teaches several times a week at a Pilates studio near where I live so I can participate in her classes regularly.
