Yoga has indeed transformed me, my life, my relationship - everything!
I´ve been practicing Yoga for a while, but 2010 I started to study & practice Yoga daily, got very much inspired to do the teacher training 2011 at Agama. Since then new teachers crossed my path, adding new inspirations to my practice & teachings. Yoga Therapy is where I want to deepen my knowledge & experience.
My classes are meditative Hatha Yoga classes, we focus on our breath and the flow of energy. I like to add useful informations how the practice and certain techniques effect our health. All in all I wish to provide a sacred, safe space for the students to allow them to deepen their practice, guiding them to come into stillness. We complete our practice with pranayamas & meditation before the final relaxation.
