Perfect for me

Esther is the perfect yoga teacher for those who want to be gently challenged but definitely challenged. She takes care to thoroughly explain poses so that effect and benefits are maximised. She is inclusive and moves with the needs/desires of the class. Esther also uses her knowledge of meditation to promote mind body awareness

Fantastic teacher

I have been attending Esthers classes since Jan 2015. She provides mindful and very well planned yoga classes. She works with injuries and helped me to reach my full potential as a Yogi.
