Ayurvedic yoga puts the body in good condition, relaxes the mind, and harmonizes breathing. I teach series of asanas that can be modified depending on the occasion, and according to the physical condition and preparedness of the participants. The basic series of exercises is easy to learn and develop, and to do at home. Yoga class will take place in The Garden beside the water lily pond, and at times on the mountain behind The Garden. Exercising under the open sky is a special experience. Asanas carried out in an inverted position are especially cheerful, as the sight of the world standing on its head can be quite amusing.
