Yoga allows me the space to understand myself in a unique way. Coming to the mat acts as a reminder of how much the breath, body, and mind fluctuate day to day, how some things I do or feel today might not be the same tomorrow – and how cool is that? We all get to live in these amazing bodies, that have new feelings and capabilities everyday - unique from yesterdays and tomorrows. My classes embrace this even flow of breath, body, and mind. I encourage my students to meet the strength of each pose with the ease of a steady breath.
