Eva Messa

Eva approaches Yoga in 2009 attending some courses in Spain.

Her spontaneous intrest for body's movement develops since childhood when she started practicing classical ballet and continued for 10 years.

Through the connection of movements and breath, felt like expression of her personal soul, Eva is introduced to yoga by Greta Bezzi, as her guidance and first teacher, who transmitted to her a genuin passion for this discipline.

Classes, workshops, meetings with teachers like David Meloni, Lisetta Landoni, Sharon Gannon and Masterji Vishwanath, help Eva to deepen the different Yoga styles like Iyengar Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga and Asthanga Yoga.

Eva meets Giovanni Formisano in 2012, her actual teacher, and she takes the decision to attend the special class to become teacher, getting the certificate recognised by Yoga Alliance, as 200 RYT hours. (REGISTRED TEACHER)

Few personal considerations

What I most love about my job, is the possibility I got to make my students practice with love and deep serenity, showing the possibility to obtain goals, thanks to constant practice, which we didn't consider possible to get, and even going further, setting some new ones everyday.

This discipline can be simply followed either in a more practical way or daily.

Yoga isn't just physical training to me, it became a real life style.

She starts teaching as a Personal Trainer at Wellness Street Gym in Monza, 40 Corso Milano.
Right now, she's dedicating herself not only to private classes, but she's also giving classes of Vinyasa Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yoga Nidra and Meditation in Monza at Atelier del Movimento located in Via Aliprandi 15; at Yoga Spirit in via Bergamo 15; at Vita Sana Studio in Biassono in via Porta Mugnaia 17; in Villasanta at Movimente Center in via Padre Dino Beretta 1; in Milano at spazio Garibaldi 77 and at IN|EX calisthenic+yoga & dainami gym in via Molino dele Armi 7.
