Eva Mohn

I am a yoga practitioner and teacher living and working in Stockholm. My influences come from the Hatha tradition and my teaching style has been influenced greatly by my teacher trainer Richard Freeman, as well as other senior teachers Rod Stryker and Tias Little. I also draw influence and inspiration from Vipasana/Insight meditation practice, BMC, Cranial Sacral therapy, and my work and career in contemporary dance.

I call my class Yoga Insights because I see my work as a teacher to be offering a foundation of yoga and awareness that can lead people into their own practice, study, and devotion.
