I am certified 200 hr Vinyasa yoga teacher and is currently working on another 200 hr certification in Ashtanga Yoga. I am also a 3rd Degree Black Belt in Shorin-Ryu Karate. I have been teaching and practicing yoga and martial arts for 20 plus years.

I am currently working on Level 2 & 3 Reiki Healing and just finished my certification in Inner Light Healing Meditation. My goals for 2015 is to get as much knowledge in Meditation, Energy Healing, and Trauma Sensitive Yoga.

My mission for Om is to bring this yoga lifestyle to low income families and to get kids into yoga and meditation.

Amazing, incredible yoga teacher

Our yoga teachers Evangeline is an amaging teacher! She brings yoga to our classes with incredible experience and love of the art of yoga and makes sure each one of us gets the most out of what we are there for. She will show you how it can change your body and your life. She takes the time to help you with the yoga poses so you do them right. With her love of teaching yoga by the end of class it is such an incredible feeling. Yoga is Evangeline life and taking a class you will see for yourself. When yoga is in your life you will always have peace.

OM Yoga - A Great Experience

OM Yoga is good for everyone - whether you're new to yoga or experienced. Evangeline is professional, knowledgeable, and fun. There are several classes to choose from and she often changes them up so that we are not always doing the same thing. She not only participates in class herself, but also checks to make sure that we are doing poses correctly, both to prevent injury, as well as making sure that we obtain the best benefit from each pose. I highly recommend OM Yoga!
