In my classes, I give constructive sequencing with the gradual progression to achieve individual goals. I encourage my students to develop the awareness during the practice, establishing body-mind connection through breathing and relaxation.

I have a particular interest in teaching yoga for athletes, swimmers and martial art practitioners. Yoga practises, specifically designed for people involved in sport activities, will help to increase strength, endurance and flexibility of body and mind, boost the performance, speed up the process of recovery and prevent from injuries.
