Ewa is one of the beautiful people I know. Practicing with her is always the highlight of my week. I feel strong, centered and grounded when I am consistently taking her class.

Ewa is one of those rare teachers who engages students in a challenging asana practice but you don't feel overwhelmed because we are having so much fun! She bring a deep spiritual awareness to each class and provides the space and environment for students to focus inward. Her music selection is cool, ethereal, appropriate for the class. Ewa is truly a ray of sunshine and I'm lucky to be her student.

Ewa is one of the most beautiful people that I've ever had the pleasure if knowing. she brings her kind, happy energy everywhere. her positivity is pleasantly contagious; and her classes are smart, challenging, and fluid.

Ewa will take you for a Journey following the energy of the day with her Skanda sequencing, she delivers a strong yet blissful non rushed class that will uplift your body and spirit. As a teacher my self, aside from my self practice I take just a few good classes, Ewa's is one of those.
Is a must for anyone that practice Power VInyasa and wants something sweeter yet strong out of the ordinary VInyasa class with music and someone reciting a sequence. Her teaching is Art in motion. Namaste
