Ewa / Gyanshakti is co-founder and director of Samatvam Yogaschule Zurich. She practices yoga over 12 years, she practices dynamic Vinyasa, super slow Kum Nye (tibetan body work). She studied Indology and Sanskrit at the University in Zurich. Finally she find in Satyananda Yoga a yoga system which integrates every aspect of the human being (body, mind, intellect). She has been trained in the Bihar School of Yoga in Munger, India (Gurukul), Satyananda Yoga Academy Europe and Satyananda Yoga Academy Australia.
With longer stays in Ashrams in India and Australia she deepend her experience in yoga and yoga as a lifestyle.
