I am a Yoga Alliance certified instructor by The Mysore school in India. I have completed multiple courses in teaching safe inversions techniques, Aerial (swing) yoga and AcroYoga.
I teach Fitness Yoga; which basically incorporates poses that combine strength training, flexibility and meditative breathing. my key factors to my flow are sweat producing, muscle strengthening, static power and flexibility.
I also integrate many Calisthenics transitions into my flow.
I also give Yoga for athletes; Martial Arts competitors, Jiujitsu fighters and Olympic hopefuls.
