I’ve been teaching yoga in the Southern Highlands, Wollongong and Wollondilly Shire since 2004. I trained in the style of Dru Yoga, and am also a Yoga Therapy Practitioner. I focus on meeting the individual needs of my students, integrating body, breath, movement, and mindfulness to promote health and wellbeing.
I am passionate about making yoga available to everyone regardless of physical fitness, and helping people find a sense of calm and wellbeing through the gentle physical movements of yoga.
Creating a safe space for new and returning students to develop at their own pace and to their own ability, giving each and every student the support they need to achieve their health and fitness goals.
I run regular classes at Bowral Yoga Space and Thirlmere Yoga Space, and provide yoga programs and workshops to government departments, corporations, health services groups, youth service groups and individuals.
