I am a qualified 200hr Yoga Teacher, completing my training at Be Yoga Sussex.
I offer Hatha, Vinyasa and Restorative yoga, all with a focus on mindful movement, grounding and connecting with the breath.
Classes I teach integrate meditation and mindfulness practice with classical yoga asana (postures), encouraging awareness of the breath (pranayama) and the body in order to guide your attention to the present moment.
Classes are suitable for all levels of yoga experience, including beginners.
