I have studied and practiced yoga for over 20 years . My focus is on relaxation and bringing the mind and body into balance through guided yoga nidra and asanas that synchronise the breath with movement. The practice is a type of moving meditation. The aim is to activate the parasympathetic nervous system bringing you into a deeply relaxed state that encourages present moment consciousness. I offer yoga to local residents as well as visitors to St Just in Cornwall with group and 1:1 sessions. Additionally I offer yoga retreats for couples staying in my tranquil B and B with a dedicated yoga room.
