Frances Taylor is an incredibly warm-hearted and wise yoga teacher. She has a deep anatomical knowledge. She takes a slow and steady approach, but she also gives a challenging class, while also keeping a close eye on alignment. She gets to know each student and called them by their names. She also includes meditation, which really grounded me as a student. I really enjoyed her class and I know other students would appreciate the community she cultivates.
I have been doing Frances's yoga and Pilates classes three times per week for the last couple of years, and my body has never felt better. She really understands the way the body works, all the mechanics of it, so she can zero in on whatever you need to fix. I am stronger and more flexible than ever thanks to her classes.
I have been in class with Frances for well over 10 years…following her from her original studio to Jack Rabbit space to zoom classes since 3/2020. I had 2 torn minuscus when we met and I have always felt that her anatomical knowledge and yoga practice were exceptional. There is a strong community around her for a reason…she’s a lovely presence and solid teacher.
Francis has a tremendous understanding of anatomy and movement and cues brilliantly. Although she is working along side of us, I can take her class with my eyes closed. Her ability to cue instructions and adjustments (and adaptations) puts her at the top of the pack.
