Hi beautiful people!
I start practicing yoga 10 years ago in Brazil and my life changed so much that I decided to give my small contribution to help people to feel
better and more connected with themselves and 3 years ago I attend finally a teacher training. I' actually teach Bikram yoga and vinyasa yoga.
Day after day I feel so blessed and thanks full about what I learn about myself practicing ! Control the body in the asanas with the pranayama and finally get one with the spirit! Namaste
