i use to think that yoga is boring until i ve met this women! stupid me! she made me looooove yoga!
if you are looking for a open minded, spiritual, small ego teacher who can surpise you every time and make you go over your limits look no more you've found it!
her open mind , constant improving and learning , her wish to make her self and her students explore yoga is contagious. she is inspiring person that will make you discover hiden energie ouf your body and mind.

Francesca is one of the best yoga teacher I have ever practiced with. She has a very diversify yoga background and a deep expertise which makes her classes a unique experience : a perfect combination of flow, alignment and positive energy.

J'ai suivi les cours de Francesca à Peace Yoga Nice. J'ai énormément apprécié sa gentillesse, son charisme, son énergie positive. C'est une prof qui par sa douceur et son enthousiasme parvient toujours à nous booster et à nous motiver pour donner le meilleur de nous-même. Merci Francesca! C'est toujours un immense plaisir de revenir suivre tes cours quand je suis en vacances!!!

I love Francesca's classes. I have been to her a Bikram and her Vinyasa Flow class and both are excellent. She sets her self apart from the rest as she speaks many languages and her creative sequencing make her classes both challenging and fun. I spent 8 months living in Nice practicing at every studio and she was my favourite.
