I have been practicing yoga since the late 90's and teaching since 2004.
I teach all levels, from beginners to advanced, a classical blend of asana (yoga postures) in a dynamic and fluid sequence in my Vinyasa classes. I also teach alignment principles to support a healthy body and focused mind. I introduce breath awareness and pranayama, and often meditation. I am a qualified prenatal yoga teacher and a somatic education practitioner.
I practice yoga everyday, with formal sitting meditation, pranayama and asana. I enjoy attending classes and workshops, and I join my teacher's 3 week long retreat in January to reconnect with nature and to explore "matters of heart and mind".
I am honored to be sharing my yoga journey with my partner at Pure Yoga Cheshire - our lovely studio in the heart of Cheshire, England. I am fortunate to share my practice with inspired and wonderful teachers, and most importantly with the yoga friends I happen to meet every day in my community and during my travels.
I am an established teacher with the Ekhart Yoga team since they first started delivering quality yoga videos to be practiced at home.
