Francine Aubry has been a teacher for 25 years. She has a diverse background in dance and martial arts and through various studies, choreographic creations, stage performances and travels, Francine came to Yoga as the next natural step in her life journey. From 1998 on, she has devoted her life to the practice and teaching of Yoga. Francine has studied various Yoga styles including Ashtanga, Hatha, Iyengar, Vinyasa, Restorative and Vipassana meditation.
She is currently working in Montreal (Canada) where she teaches classes, workshops and Teacher Training Certification.
Francine has also led retreats in British Columbia, Bali, Myanmar, India and Costa Rica.
As a result of these rich and varied experiences, Francine Aubry wishes to share, with her students, her knowledge, and passion for yoga, always being mindful of the individual’s level of practice.
