I received my 200 hour teacher certification through Corepower in Minneapolis, MN. I have been trained in Power Yoga, Prenatal, Anatomy, Chakras, and yoga philosophy. I have a strong dance background, and incorporate it in my classes. I am currently teaching at Red Yoga in Eagle, ID, Tuesday and Thursday evenings. I am also a certified Reiki Master, and am currently accepting bookings for one-on-one Reiki sessions from 12-4pm, seven days a week.
