I have been teaching gentle flow yoga at Kohala Coast resorts here on the Big Island since 2005. My background is in competitive water sports and meditation. A sports injury brought me to Pilates mat classes in 1999. After four years of Pilates it was suggested that I consider yoga as a healing path. I dove into the opportunity of moving with breath and began a series of trainings in Washington, California, Colorado, Italy, Bali and here on the Big Island.
My offering is a joyful weaving of several Hatha styles infused with Pilates core work and the spirit of aloha. My one on one instruction is suitable for all levels of experience.
