I've been involved in fitness and well being since I was 10 and teaching in some form since I was 18 inspired by my father.
Key interests and teaching - road cycling, self defence, yoga, Pilates, group fitness - body combat; RPM; Body Balance, martial arts, running, swimming, and teach at the local gyms.
I teach one on one in people's homes throughout Rotorua, Taupo, Whakatane
