I love to work and play with movement of all kinds. I am a contemporary dancer and freelance yoga teacher, trying to combine elements of both techniques into my classes. Strength is a large element of my work, using the body as a tool to build stability in the joints and muscles leading to improved balance both in body and mind.
I lead group classes in various studios within Leeds and I am also available for private one to one sessions if you are looking to find more information about your personal yoga practice. :)
