Friedel Fink

I was born in a picturesque town in eastern Germany in 1987. Originally educated in the arts I changed paths in 2012 to further study & learn Elemental Hatha Yoga with Sofia Araujo, Transformational Yoga in India with Swami Vidyanand and Yin Yoga. I hold 800hours of Training and am certified by Yoga Alliance International USA & India as a Yoga & Meditation Teacher.
I volunteered in various associations such in New life Foundation- a mindful recovery community in Thailand and in sustainability projects all over Europe & Australia. I’m particularily inspired by Buddhism & Daoist holistic practices from ancient China.

My project Yogabem is all about creating safe spaces for women and other beings where one life has the chance to touch and inspire another.
A space of discovery, experience and sometimes experiment through the tools of Yoga, Meditation and other forms of bodywork & creative strategies – always through the support of nature. Practices that are practical, creative and honest. A place to reveal and empower your authentic voice in the world and bring it to flourish!

To assist you in discovering your potentials and unravel some of these patters and ideas that hold you back in in the process of creating your own life! To build resilience in your relations- inside and outside.
The growth is within ourselves but we also grow TOGETHER in community. After all our mutual exchanges and relations make us grow, to know what the other person is going through and that we all share common experiences as human beings.
The vision behind all that is nothing less but to make every room, every place & space a freer one – be it the room of your body, mind or your local community. Everyone should be able to feel equality, freedom & heartfelt bliss & peace.

Being aware of my privilege as a white northern european woman I think it’s important to support social change projects – so that these who have even less of a voice have the chance to be heard as well. At the moment I’ m working with Ruby Cup- that provide menstrual & sexual education & hygiene products to kenyan girls.
