I am teaching Yogalates, a fusion of Yoga and Pilates and Hatha. My focus is on making my clients more flexible and give them tools at hand and the possibility to keep themselves healthy and flexible throughout their entire life. I teach private classes, individual or small groups up to 5 persons max . You can form a group with friends, very in favor are my men's groups early in the morning. My qualification involves special needs, restorative and pregnancy yoga.
I love people and my biggest reward is my student's understanding of their body, their enjoyment in movement and improving their quality of life .
I have been teaching in New Zealand and in Germany.
