London based yoga teacher specialising in bespoke yoga programmes for individuals who wish to learn yoga the traditional way; one to one.
I also teach group classes for all levels from beginners to experienced. My teaching utilises postures, breathing techniques, use of sound and Vedic chanting, visualisation, lifestyle advice, meditative practices and much much more. Expect to be supported, challenged and have a lot of fun and laughter.

In addition my teaching utilises bhavana (visualisation), nyasa (special gestures), Yoga sutra-s, and the principles of Ayurveda (the science of vitality) to develop students towards their goals.
Some people come looking for relaxation, others to get fit or loose weight. Yoga can help as a complementary therapy for those with ill-health. I can also assist you with the more challenging physical practices (I teach yoga to some acrobats), and with spiritual direction.
