Yoga Flows is a studio located in South Canberra. Our goal is to reach, teach and inspire you to live a health and happy life.
Gail has been teaching yoga for almost two decades with teaching experience in Australia and Canada. Her experiences as a yoga practitioner and secondary school teacher have inspired her to create classes that are focused on the understanding that students come to the mat with a range of needs. She believes in providing options and personal modifications to suit the diversity of students, motivating and encouraging them to work at their own pace and discover what this ancient discipline has to offer.
