Even though I was born in Italy, I started my journey with yoga in 2007 while living in London working as a manager. It was later while living on the Mediterranean island of Malta that I decided to pursue yoga as a teacher and a way of life.
I first became teacher of asthanga vinyasa yoga in Ko Samui, Thailand. After teaching in Malta, I went to India to discover the origin of yoga.
In Rishikesh, I studied yoga therapy, pranayama and became a teacher of classical hata yoga. I also studied for a diploma in ayurvedic medicine, massage & panchakarma therapy.
Yoga is a never ending journey. It is a joy to discover and share with people who want to improve their inner and outer life.
