My yoga journey began nearly 6 years ago when I arrived in beautiful Sydney. I started practising purely for the physical benefits however as the years have passed yoga has grown into a mindful practise for me.
I work full time as a Production Manager in the television industry which can provide some stress, on occasion. Daily yoga practise helps me with channelling that stress away so it doesn't affect me or my team.
I knew I was always going to train as a yoga teacher as I also have a background in Personal Training and fitness classes but it wasn't until last year that I was able to commit to the training around work. I'm now not looking back!
