I am a yoga instructor, integrative massage therapist, Heart IQ small group coach, and a fan of life.
I specialize in helping people relax and connect to their bodies as a means to access their truth and what they most desire. I teach practical skills that empower people to reveal balance, joy and authenticity in their daily lives and open up to their full potential in the world.
I do this through the experience of conscious movement and breathing, deep rest, meditation, massage, intuitive energy-based healing, mindfulness and self-enquiry.
My work is particularly beneficial to people going through transitions or challenging circumstances in life and those dealing with stress, anxiety, depression or fatigue.
I propose individual one-to-one sessions, weekly group classes, workshops, and retreats, and share my thoughts and experiences through the Be Bright Blog.
