I specialize in helping people relax and connect to their bodies as a means to access their truth and what they most desire. I teach practical skills that empower people to reveal balance, joy and authenticity in their daily lives and open up to their full ease, joy and potential in the world.

I do this through the experience of conscious movement and breathing, deep rest, meditation, massage, intuitive energy-based healing, mindfulness and self-enquiry.

My work is particularly beneficial to people going through transitions or challenging circumstances in life and those dealing with stress, anxiety, depression or fatigue.
