Gillian has 25 years of teaching experience and is both a certified Yoga (RYT 200) and Fitness Trainer (). She has studied Yoga with many masters including Nicki Doane and Shankara Darby, who both learned Ashtanga in Mysore, India with the great Sri K. Pattabi Jois.
Gillian discovered her fascination for yoga as a teenager in high school. Her yoga journey has included many of its abundant and different forms, culminating in the development of her own unique style, which addresses issues for women and makes yoga accessible to people who may not be inherently flexible.
Blending careful instruction, good energy and lots of humor, Gillian will guide you to a deeper understanding of your body. She encourages you to open your heart and connect with your true inner self. Quietly offering you a chance to discover how this positive energy has a ripple effect on everything around you.
Originally from Sydney, Australia, Gillian has lived in England, Canada und the , before she came to Germany where she resides with her husband and three children.
