Gillian has 30 years of teaching experience and is both a certified Yoga (RYT 200) and Fitness Trainer (). She has studied Yoga with many masters including Nicki Doane (Ashtanga) and Nevine Michaan, the founder of Katonah Yoga®.
Gillian discovered her fascination for yoga as a teenager in high school. Her yoga journey has included many of its abundant and different forms, culminating in the development of her own unique style, which addresses issues for women and makes yoga accessible to people who may not be inherently flexible.
Blending careful instruction, good energy and lots of humour, Gillian will guide you to a deeper understanding of your body, mind and breath.
Originally from Sydney, Australia, Gillian has lived in England, Canada und the , before she came to Germany where she resides with her husband and three children.
