I'm a teacher of Ashtanga-inspired vinyasa, hatha, and yin classes living in Durham region.
I was never much of an athlete growing up. My yoga journey has profoundly changed my life, both on and off the mat. Yoga taught me a sense of play and has given me confidence in what my body can do. I hope to share this feeling of wonder with my students.
My classes are based around systemic cueing with a focus on alignment and anatomy. Classes combine meditation with a light-hearted asana (physical) practice. Above all else, I hope that my teaching helps deepen students' appreciation for their bodies and breath and encourages them to explore their perceptions of their abilities.
