Full time engineer and part time yoga looking to bring balance to my life. I've been practing yoga for over 10 year and teaching since 2013.

I got my 200 hr YTT from YogaWorks under the tutelage of Celine Antoine. I immediately began teaching as it has become a passion that I want to share with everyone! I've taken a number of teacher training modules and am currently working on my 500 hr YTT with Cyndi Lee (Om Yoga).

I love the practice of yoga asana, meditation and pranayama. It gives me great pleasure to share those teachings with others and I am happy to speak further with those that want to learn more. Coming from a high stress job, this practice grounds me, helps manage the stress and I try to bring that practice to my everyday life.

I recently began studying and teaching yin yoga. It is a wonderful practice that stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system and is deeply healing practice. Check the schedule on as I only teach Yin yoga on select Sundays.
