Yoga came into my life 21 years ago and I have been sharing the practice with others for 17 years. This journey has led me to the practice of Reiki, Ayurveda, managing the 200 level yoga training at Open Door, assisting yoga schools at Southern California of University of Health Science and Claremont Yoga. These practices have assisted me in all aspects of life and I am passionate about sharing these gifts with others. My husband and I have been married for 35 years and travelled the world. He is my biggest supporter and with him by my side there are no limitations.
