Hi, I'm Gina. Thanks for arriving at my profile.

I have recently (2016) been reviewed by the prestigious Queen of Retreats and have been listed in the Times UK newspaper as one of the top 20 best retreats in the world for my Greek retreat.

I have been a practitioner of Yoga for over 20 years and trained originally as a an Integral Hatha Yoga teacher in 2008. I also love teaching Yin and Restorative Yoga to balance the yin yang aspects of the body and mind.

I have had 2 successful senior Hatha Yoga classes running in Old Coulsdon, Surrey UK since 2009 and from 2012 to 2014 taught Hatha and Hot Hatha Yoga for a general abilities at The Yoga Centre, Dorking, Surrey UK.

In 2014 to help pass on my knowledge I started a You Tube channel that now has over 70 short tutorial videos on the benefits of Yoga, Yoga poses and mini Yoga classes.

In 2014 I also started teaching Yoga in a LIVE online 1:1 studio so I can reach you wherever you are in the world.

In 2016 I will be focusing more on 1:1s, retreats and developing online Yoga courses so you can learn good Yoga at your leisure.

Yoga is a whole way of life for me and not just exercise. It's an incredible way to foster prime health and deepen awareness of yourself in relationship to life.

I have developed a very sound way of teaching Yoga based on my own experience and prior knowledge, which focuses on healthy movement and natural alignment of the body’s joints.

Breath, as the connector between mind and body, is such a great way to become more aware of the relationship you have with your body. It takes time, dedication and a willingness to stay open to the profound changes that Yoga can bring but what a journey you can have!

My Yoga teaching embraces the learning and philosophy of Unity Integral Hatha Yoga (Brighton, Sussex, UK) but with a fresh viewpoint inspired by Osho.

Sri Swami Satchidananda brought Integral Yoga to the West, himself a disciple of Swami Sivananda, one of the founders of Yoga for the Western World.

Any good teacher will offer you Yoga and then it’s up to you to interpret and translate it into your own unique journey.

"Yoga is not a religion but a way of life. When you display any act of kindness, for example, that’s Yoga. It brings happiness and well being."

I absolutely love teaching Yoga and am so inspired when I see people growing in their lives and becoming more whole, happy and healthy human beings.

Namaste x
