Hi, I'm Gina. Thanks for arriving at my profile.

I have recently (2016) been reviewed by the prestigious Queen of Retreats and have been listed in the Times UK newspaper as one of the top 20 best retreats in the world for my Greek retreat.

I have been a practitioner of Yoga for over 20 years and trained originally as a an Integral Hatha Yoga teacher in 2008. I also love teaching Yin and Restorative Yoga to balance the yin yang aspects of the body and mind.

I have had 2 successful senior Hatha Yoga classes running in Old Coulsdon, Surrey UK since 2009 and from 2012 to 2014 taught Hatha and Hot Hatha Yoga for a general abilities at The Yoga Centre, Dorking, Surrey UK.

In 2014 to help pass on my knowledge I started a You Tube channel that now has over 70 short tutorial videos on the benefits of Yoga, Yoga poses and mini Yoga classes.

In 2014 I also started teaching Yoga in a LIVE online 1:1 studio so I can reach you wherever you are in the world.

In 2016 I will be focusing more on 1:1s, retreats and developing online Yoga courses so you can learn good Yoga at your leisure.

Yoga is a whole way of life for me and not just exercise. It's an incredible way to foster prime health and deepen awareness of yourself in relationship to life.

I have developed a very sound way of teaching Yoga based on my own experience and prior knowledge, which focuses on healthy movement and natural alignment of the body’s joints.

Breath, as the connector between mind and body, is such a great way to become more aware of the relationship you have with your body. It takes time, dedication and a willingness to stay open to the profound changes that Yoga can bring but what a journey you can have!

My Yoga teaching embraces the learning and philosophy of Unity Integral Hatha Yoga (Brighton, Sussex, UK) but with a fresh viewpoint inspired by Osho.

Sri Swami Satchidananda brought Integral Yoga to the West, himself a disciple of Swami Sivananda, one of the founders of Yoga for the Western World.

Any good teacher will offer you Yoga and then it’s up to you to interpret and translate it into your own unique journey.

"Yoga is not a religion but a way of life. When you display any act of kindness, for example, that’s Yoga. It brings happiness and well being."

I absolutely love teaching Yoga and am so inspired when I see people growing in their lives and becoming more whole, happy and healthy human beings.

Namaste x

As I have not much experience doing yoga Gina gave me the confidence and advice to stretch myself and push myself to my limit without thought of anyone else. The most amazing woman and teacher I have had the opportunity to meet.

Lovely Gina

I have done yoga for more than thirty years and have had many teachers. Gina is exceptional: she is very caring and clear in her demonstration and explanation of the moves, and her classes are always varied and interesting, never routine or boring. She is totally engaged in her yoga and her spirituality, and provides a safe and relaxing environment for students of all levels. Also she is a sparkling personality!

Truly wonderful

Gina recognises people's strengths and weaknesses and always tells them to work within their limits, while encouraging them to go a little bit further each week. She works towards an overall yoga experience as opposed to just achieving perfect postures.

Gina is a very kind, friendly and loving person - it is a pleasure to go to her classes.

Old Coulsdon Senior Yoga

Our class is designed for the over 60's, some of us are more agile than others and Gina is always mindful of this and gives us graded postures to suit all of us. She always tells us to listen to our bodies and work within that range. We concentrate on the breath and there is always a short meditation at the beginning of class to prepare our minds and a longer mediation at the end.

Gina Hardy - The Pefect Yoga Teacher

Gina runs a perfectly balanced, well planned, friendly class. She demonstrates and works through all of the postures with her pupils. She encourages everyone to work to their full potential, ever mindful of differing abilities. Gina makes hard work fun and creates a calming, yet uplifting, experience. A perfect yoga teacher.

Memorable yoga with Gina

Yoga with Gina is explorative, rewarding, challenging, and both physically and spiritually beneficial. Gina is very conscious of 'easeful practice' and body alignment at all times, and you will feel supported and enabled in her yoga classes. Gina's humour and warmth, coupled with her wide knowledge of yoga styles, will leave you with a memorable experience and an improved personal practice.

Gina's Yoga - my experience

Gina conveys a strong natural enthusiasm for yoga consistently. Practitioners are encouraged to engage with their senses, stay in the postures and relax in the release that follows. I enjoy her ability to make each class fresh; by the end of a session my mind feels happy and my body flexible.

Best Yoga Guide ever! I've left a lot of the review sliders mid way because Gina balances everything - demonstrates and explains, totally focuses on the right position for you personally while holding the spiritual sense. One retreat and I'm totally hooked on this beautiful ladies approach and booked for September. Cannot rave enough about her guidance and approach. I learnt more in 3 days than I've done in years and came home feeling AMAZING with a total passion for yoga! My only regret is that I live too far away to go to Gina's regular classes, otherwise I'd be on the doorstep every day.
