Ginger’s intention is to offer classes suited for a wide variety of yogis. She teaches with many verbal and visual instructions, often offering variations of poses and movements to increase or decrease intensity. She will encourage students to let go of negative thought patterns and replace them with love and kindness. Ginger’s goal with each class is to offer an opportunity to come inside one’s own body to experience the inner peace that is of the heart through the breath.
Ginger has completed 1000 hours of Hybrid Yoga Teacher Training with Inbody Academy under D’ana Baptiste.
Ginger’s training, research and personal practice have instilled in her an ever expanding curiosity of the many facets of yoga. She sees how these facets can be combined to create a beautiful practice that brings strength, vibrant health and inner happiness. Yoga has taken Ginger on an interesting journey of healing. This healing has bloomed from the inside out, eliminating chronic pain, and allowing her to truly enjoy being herself. She wishes to pass on this ability to heal through reliance on inner courage and freedom to her students.
