I conduct my yoga sessions striving to respect and honor the rich traditions of Integral Yoga, whether in the form of practice (: asanas, pranayamas, kriyas, relaxation, positive thinking, and meditation) and/or theory (philosophy, cosmology, scriptures). I bring professional skills to my classes obtained through years of continuous studies and experience teaching the manifold forms of yoga. I encourage personality integration and enhancing the feeling of being grounded in ‘here and now’ through holding or flowing postures linked with mindfulness and proper breathing.
Examples of yoga application that can be learned in individual/group sessions:
Preparatory physical exercises to warm the body and create suppleness;
Performing structural and invigorating physical exercises;
Performing Exercises for improving suppleness and functionality.
Breathing techniques to energize and integrate the self.
Breathing exercise for relaxation.
Stress busters techniques.
Personal development techniques (: positive thinking, anger management)
Other needs addressed on request to suit beginners/intermediate/advanced individuals and groups.
All training is oriented to inspire you to achieve self-independence thus enable you to independently practice yoga for life.
Training to become a yoga teacher can be arranged. However, presently I will not be able to grant certification.
The student decides what style of yoga he/she wants to practice, I encourage learning a practice that focuses on integrating various styles of yoga (: Hatha, flow, kundalini, power)
