Gloria, 200 Hour RYT, added regular yoga to her fitness routine in 2007 and quickly noticed how much better she felt at the end of each day that had included yoga. Later that year she decided to make yoga her main fitness focus for a few months and sought out a hot studio to practice at most days of the week. Noticeable stress reduction quickly followed along with an increase in all around health, resulting in a regular practice that continues to this day. In summer of 2013 Gloria enrolled in a 200 hour power teacher training program which served to deepen her love of yoga and provide a new one, that of teaching others. Gloria’s teaching passion for is yoga for all, with a particular interest in those students who are looking to yoga to help balance out full time work in office jobs or looking to adopt regular exercise into their lives.
