As well as being a teacher, Gloria is firstly your friend and guide in helping you move your body safely, with awareness and attention to your breath. Gloria teaches hatha vinyasa yoga with detail, focusing on alignment and flow to bring balance in your body and mind. She believes that everyone can do yoga and it is her passion to help you find a practice that is right for you.
