I own and operate Team Yoga, a Bellevue-based company specializing in training athletes, teams, and executives to move beyond their current state and reach their true potential.

My work reduces injury, speeds recovery, extends careers, teaches concentration and keeps clients "in play" rather than sidelined. Our elite executive training focuses on leadership, communication, adaptability, management, awareness, and creativity.

For almost 20 years I honed my skill set in athletic coaching. From the NCAA Tournament to the Orlando Magic. From a Year with Bob Knight at Indiana while earning my Master, to a stint as a Clinician for Converse. I've been blessed to learn from the best and it has been a fascinating journey.

My body had taken a battering from sport and in 1999 Yoga called to me. I have, since that time, been a committed student and teacher. When the teacher is properly trained and the practice is properly conveyed there is no better complete system.

My yoga training was raised to the next level in 2003 when I began study with world-renown "teacher of teachers" Aadil Palkhivala. Four years later (2007) I graduated from the College of Purna Yoga under his direction and continue my studies today while also teaching at his studio, Alive & Shine Center in Bellevue, WA.

I'm a certified Purna Yoga™ teacher at the 2,000-hour level. This level of training is ten times (10x) the norm in my industry and my training is unparalleled. I'm therapeutically trained which means I am able to assess, address, and assist those with injury or dis-ease.

I am registered with Yoga Alliance as an RYT-500 and E-RYT 200 and with the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT). My workshop experience ranges from Yoga Journal conferences to the Omega Institute, to Tel Aviv, Israel.
