Grazia Magistà, BA in political science; from childhood Grazia was searching answers to her spiritual questions; after some phases of life decided to join a University course at Ananda Village in California, called EFL Teacher Training (Education For Life), after one year she started to travel in India to find sages, teachers, gurus etc… to get the answers. She has been practicing yoga for over 25 years, started with Pranayama and Meditation at the age of 13, she is student of Self-Realization Fellowship and member of Youth of Golden Age. Teaching traditional Yoga is her mission to provide a friendly, peaceful, and compassionate environment for the integration of body, mind, and spirit to connect with the real Self through the practice of yoga. Her classes are designed for everyone, where beginners and continuing students practice hatha yoga postures and the foundations of yoga. She feels privileged to be able to empower students to balance mind and body through asanas, alignment, controlled breathing, and calming of the mind through Nada Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Hatha Yoga, Kriya Yoga, Kabbalah meditation, Omkar chanting relaxation. Grazia has attended the first course of yoga teacher at Sai Yoga Center in Rishikesh with Yogi Sandeep, she then proceeded to study at the University of Bangalore and with Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Forest Academy. She attained a Master degree in yoga ( 500 hours) from Yoga Alliance International in Delhi and she is qualified to teach yoga courses in Italy ( 200-500 levels) certified with Yoga Alliance International and Yoga Alliance. In Rishikiesh she attained a Reiki Master degree by Sri Ma Rikta Shanti Sigrid Rubens with direct lineage from Usui. She received a certificate from Sankrit Academy of Bangalore with Dr Sarasvati Mohan, the first woman in India who received the in Sanskrit. Grazia is sanskrit student at Bharati Samskrtam.
